Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $199.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rate Information / Notes – Penthouse 2504 Cleaning Fee & Taxes – A one-time cleaning fee and lodging tax apply and are included in your booking total. Minimum Stays – 3-night minimum most of the year; 4-night minimum during holidays. Parking – Phoenix Gulf Shores 2 uses Vacation Renewal Parking Solutions for guest parking. Each unit is allowed up to 2 passes. Passes are $60 each (subject to HOA change) and must be purchased upon arrival at the front desk. If arriving after 5:00, you can print parking pass from kiosk in the lobby. Payments – 50% deposit due at booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellation Policy – Full refund minus a $199 processing fee if canceled 30+ days before arrival. No refunds within 60 days of check-in. Check-In/Out – Check-in 4 PM; check-out 10 AM. The management company may change this depending on the time of the year. Occupancy & Rules – Maximum occupancy 12. Primary renter must be 25 or older and present for the stay. No smoking, pets, parties, or events.;
